Separate facilities for RGL allow staff members to completely concentrate on the core competency of Rapid's logistical activities. Warehouse, inventory, packing and shipping functions require vastly different organization and technology than do the design and production activities of Rapid Displays. The continuing expansion of Rapid's physical plants supports RGL's long-term strategy of giving customers increasing customization by providing enough room to allow for the bigger and more involved lines such customization demands.
